Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Most engraved EDC items are made to order and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Handmade leather goods, including watch straps, belts, bags, and other leather items, generally require approximately 10–14 business days for production and shipment. While many orders are completed sooner, production times may increase during periods of high order volume. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.
Custom and special-order items may require additional production time. Estimated lead times for these orders will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
International Orders
International orders ship at a flat rate via USPS First Class International unless otherwise specified. Delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 30 business days depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Please note that tracking visibility may become limited once a package has left the United States and entered customs processing within the destination country. If you prefer expedited international shipping or an alternate carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order.
International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Defcon Supply Co. cannot estimate or reimburse these fees.
We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or alter declared commercial values in order to avoid customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery. After the 14-day refund period, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging when applicable. Refunds or store credit will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of many of our products, the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Custom orders or commissioned pieces
- Leather watch straps, as each strap is individually made to order with customer-selected sizing, leather, buckle, and stitching options
- Wallets, as each wallet is made to order with customer-selected stitching
- Belts, as sizing and construction are customized to order
